Vyvamind is a compact formula built around caffeine, theanine, tyrosine and citicoline, with two B vitamins. ThinkEase is a broader caffeine-free product. The most useful starting question is whether you want caffeine built into your supplement at all.

Our verdict
ThinkEase is our best overall choice
ThinkEase is our overall pick for a daily nootropic formula. Vyvamind is the more narrowly focused caffeinated option, which makes it a different proposition rather than simply a weaker version of the same thing.
Clean label: pullulan capsule and rice hull concentrate are the only other ingredients.

Why Vyvamind may feel more immediate
Caffeine can change alertness over a short period. That makes a caffeinated product easier to notice than a formula intended for a longer routine, but noticing an effect is not the same as demonstrating improved long-term memory.
Vyvamind combines caffeine with theanine. Research has examined that pairing on attention and mood tasks, although findings at one set of doses do not prove the complete Vyvamind formula or guarantee the absence of jitters. [1]
Six ingredients make the choice relatively clear
The current formula states 75 mg caffeine, 150 mg theanine, 300 mg L-tyrosine and 200 mg citicoline, alongside B6 and B12. This is not a proprietary blend. You can decide whether that compact combination matches the reason you are buying it.
ThinkEase supplies more ingredient variety, including bacopa and phosphatidylserine. Its N-acetyl L-tyrosine is a different form from Vyvamind’s L-tyrosine, so we do not call the larger or smaller milligram number a direct measure of superiority.
Side effects and the rest of your caffeine intake
A moderate-looking caffeine amount still counts alongside coffee, tea, energy drinks and pre-workout. Sensitivity varies, and using theanine does not guarantee that caffeine will leave sleep unaffected.
We prefer a product that keeps those decisions separate. A caffeine-free formula lets you assess the nootropic serving without adding another fixed stimulant dose. That is a convenience and suitability argument, not a promise that caffeine-free supplements are incapable of causing unwanted effects.
Why we recommend ThinkEase
ThinkEase gives us a fuller daily mix, including 300 mg bacopa and 100 mg phosphatidylserine, without the built-in 75 mg caffeine. It is the formula we would choose when the goal extends beyond an immediate lift in alertness. Vyvamind remains a clearer fit for someone deliberately looking for a short caffeinated ingredient list.
3 alternatives to consider
Our order reflects the formulas, serving sizes and labeling detail we prefer. It is not a ranking established by a clinical comparison.
1 · Best overall
ThinkEase
Our first choice for 16 individually disclosed actives, including 300 mg bacopa and 250 mg citicoline. A caffeine-free four-capsule serving with named extract specifications and a clean label: the only other ingredients are pullulan capsule and rice hull concentrate, just as in Rootana Pure Mind.
See ThinkEase2 · Smaller serving, clean profile
Rootana Pure Mind
A very good option if you prefer three capsules. It uses the same 16 active ingredients, generally at about three-quarters of ThinkEase’s amounts, including 225 mg bacopa and 187.5 mg citicoline. Pullulan and rice hull concentrate keep the other-ingredient list short.

Mind Vitality
A botanical nootropic option with bacopa, lion’s mane and phosphatidylserine. It is our third choice behind the two leading formulas above. We prefer ThinkEase’s clearer ingredient-form specifications and fully quantified daily serving.

How we assessed these products
This is a formula and research comparison, not a personal-use test. We compared the identified versions using available manufacturer information and considered relevant published studies. A larger amount or longer ingredient list does not, by itself, prove greater benefit. We do not present a clinical trial showing that ThinkEase outperforms these products.
