Eligibility for Returns

• For USA/Canada: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• For UK & the Rest of the World: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and sealed, with packaging in its original, undamaged condition.

How to Request a Return

If your order meets the above criteria, please email our Customer Support team at support@thinkease.com with the following details:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Order Number
• Name of the Product(s)
• Reason for Return

Our team will respond promptly with the correct return address and any additional instructions.

When sending your return, be sure to include the same details (Full Name, Email, Order Number, Product Name, and Reason for Return) in the package.
