Avantera Elevate’s current label is a substantial update on the proprietary blends described in older reviews. It now states its individual ingredient amounts. ThinkEase still wins our overall preference, but the comparison needs to start with that current formula.

Our verdict
ThinkEase is our best overall choice
We choose ThinkEase for its caffeine-free formula and broader ingredient selection. Elevate now matches its bacopa and theanine amounts, so the case for ThinkEase needs to be more specific than ‘more of everything’.
Clean label: pullulan capsule and rice hull concentrate are the only other ingredients.

“Not included” indicates confirmed absence from the assessed formula. “Not verified” identifies a gap in the information available for this comparison; it does not mean the manufacturer hides the amount.
ThinkEase: 16 active ingredients; caffeine-free. Compare botanical extracts by both amount and specification, not milligrams alone.
Avantera Elevate: Current fully disclosed nine-active formula; 2 capsules, 28 servings per bottle. The 500 mg starting-mushroom equivalent is not 500 mg of extract.
Capsule and other ingredients
ThinkEase: Pullulan capsule and NuFLOW rice-hull concentrate.
Avantera Elevate: Hypromellose capsule and Nu-MAG rice-extract blend.
What changed in the current Elevate formula?
The label reviewed has nine ingredients, a two-capsule serving and 28 servings per container. Bacopa, rhodiola, citicoline and theanine all have stated amounts. Calling this version a hidden proprietary blend would be inaccurate.
That update strengthens Elevate’s label comparison. It also shows why reviewing a product from an old article can lead to the wrong conclusion. Our table uses the current Supplement Facts card rather than blending details from different versions.
Compare the preparations as well as the weights
Elevate matches ThinkEase’s bacopa and theanine figures. It lists more rhodiola by weight, although its stated standardization differs, and less citicoline. Those are useful distinctions without declaring a clinical winner.
Avantera’s 50 mg lion’s mane is a 10:1 extract derived from 500 mg starting mushroom, with 30% polysaccharides. ThinkEase provides 550 mg fruiting body. These are different preparations, so the weight difference alone does not establish a potency advantage.
The 95 mg caffeine difference
Elevate includes caffeine from green tea. The natural source does not make it cease to be caffeine, so it belongs in your total alongside drinks and other supplements. Some shoppers will actively want that feature; others will prefer to avoid it.
ThinkEase’s caffeine-free design is our strongest practical preference here. It also includes phosphatidylserine and acetyl L-carnitine HCl, which broaden the formula beyond Elevate’s approach. Those additions make the overall choice more attractive to us without denying Elevate’s improvements.
Why we recommend ThinkEase
We favor ThinkEase for a daily routine that keeps caffeine separate and includes 250 mg citicoline plus its wider 16-active profile. Both formulas provide clear amounts and a short other-ingredient list. Elevate’s smaller capsule serving is a genuine convenience, so the decision should reflect what you want to take each day.
3 alternatives to consider
Our order reflects the formulas, serving sizes and labeling detail we prefer. It is not a ranking established by a clinical comparison.
1 · Best overall
ThinkEase
Our first choice for 16 individually disclosed actives, including 300 mg bacopa and 250 mg citicoline. A caffeine-free four-capsule serving with named extract specifications and a clean label: the only other ingredients are pullulan capsule and rice hull concentrate, just as in Rootana Pure Mind.
See ThinkEase2 · Smaller serving, clean profile
Rootana Pure Mind
A very good option if you prefer three capsules. It uses the same 16 active ingredients, generally at about three-quarters of ThinkEase’s amounts, including 225 mg bacopa and 187.5 mg citicoline. Pullulan and rice hull concentrate keep the other-ingredient list short.

Mind Vitality
A botanical nootropic option with bacopa, lion’s mane and phosphatidylserine. It is our third choice behind the two leading formulas above. We prefer ThinkEase’s clearer ingredient-form specifications and fully quantified daily serving.

Common questions
Does Elevate still use proprietary blends?
The current nine-ingredient label reviewed here states individual amounts. Older reviews may describe a previous formula.
Does ThinkEase have more bacopa than Elevate?
No. Both reviewed servings list 300 mg standardized to 50% bacosides. That is a shared feature, not a ThinkEase advantage.
How we assessed these products
This is a formula and research comparison, not a personal-use test. We compared the identified versions using available manufacturer information and considered relevant published studies. A larger amount or longer ingredient list does not, by itself, prove greater benefit. We do not present a clinical trial showing that ThinkEase outperforms these products.
