Mind Lab Pro is a close comparison for ThinkEase: both use caffeine-free formulas, transparent labels and a short other-ingredient list. The decision is about the serving you want, the doses of shared ingredients and the weight you place on finished-product research.

Our verdict
ThinkEase is our best overall choice
ThinkEase is our overall pick for its fuller standard serving. Mind Lab Pro remains a credible alternative with published product research and a two-capsule label serving.
Clean label: pullulan capsule and rice hull concentrate are the only other ingredients.

“Not included” indicates confirmed absence from the assessed formula. “Not verified” identifies a gap in the information available for this comparison; it does not mean the manufacturer hides the amount.
ThinkEase: 16 active ingredients; caffeine-free. Compare botanical extracts by both amount and specification, not milligrams alone.
Mind Lab Pro: MLP v4 standard 2-capsule serving. The label also permits 4 capsules: that doubles the amounts shown and halves the number of servings per bottle. Caffeine is not included.
Capsule and other ingredients
ThinkEase: Pullulan capsule and NuFLOW rice-hull concentrate.
Mind Lab Pro: Pullulan capsule and rice concentrate.
A comparison between two transparent formulas
Mind Lab Pro v4 states every active amount. Both brands also use pullulan capsules with rice concentrate. We prefer ThinkEase for the active combination and fuller standard serving, with label transparency and simple capsule ingredients shared by both.
The standard two-capsule Mind Lab Pro serving matches ThinkEase on citicoline and phosphatidylserine. ThinkEase provides larger label amounts of several other shared ingredients, while adding ingredients such as acetyl L-carnitine HCl and saffron. That is a reason to prefer its composition, not proof of better memory scores.
Give the finished-product study its due
A four-week placebo-controlled study of Mind Lab Pro reported memory improvements in adults. That evidence belongs in any balanced review; it is a genuine distinction from relying only on studies of individual ingredients. [1]
It still leaves practical questions about longer use, different populations and how findings translate to daily life. We do not have a direct ThinkEase-versus-Mind-Lab-Pro trial to resolve those questions. Our recommendation therefore rests on the formula we would choose, with the evidence advantage acknowledged.
Two capsules versus four changes the calculation
Mind Lab Pro’s directions allow two to four capsules daily. The comparison table uses its standard two-capsule Supplement Facts serving. Taking four would double those label amounts and use the bottle twice as quickly. Any price-per-day comparison would need to reflect that choice.
Also avoid reducing bacopa to a single percentage. Extracts can use different analytical methods and profiles. The label differences are factual, but ‘twice the dose’ is not the same claim as ‘twice the effect’. The same caution applies when comparing mycelium-and-fruit material with fruiting body alone.
Why we recommend ThinkEase
Our choice is the four-capsule ThinkEase serving with 750 mg acetyl L-carnitine HCl, 200 mg theanine and 200 mg rhodiola, plus its wider set of actives. We particularly like having the vitamin forms and botanical standardizations stated. Someone who prioritizes a smaller standard serving or published product trials could reasonably weigh Mind Lab Pro differently.
3 alternatives to consider
Our order reflects the formulas, serving sizes and labeling detail we prefer. It is not a ranking established by a clinical comparison.
1 · Best overall
ThinkEase
Our first choice for 16 individually disclosed actives, including 300 mg bacopa and 250 mg citicoline. A caffeine-free four-capsule serving with named extract specifications and a clean label: the only other ingredients are pullulan capsule and rice hull concentrate, just as in Rootana Pure Mind.

Rootana Pure Mind
A very good option if you prefer three capsules. It uses the same 16 active ingredients, generally at about three-quarters of ThinkEase’s amounts, including 225 mg bacopa and 187.5 mg citicoline. Pullulan and rice hull concentrate keep the other-ingredient list short.

Mind Vitality
A botanical nootropic option with bacopa, lion’s mane and phosphatidylserine. It is our third choice behind the two leading formulas above. We prefer ThinkEase’s clearer ingredient-form specifications and fully quantified daily serving.

Common questions
Is Mind Lab Pro caffeine-free?
Yes. Avoiding caffeine is a shared feature rather than a unique ThinkEase advantage in this comparison.
Does four-capsule Mind Lab Pro match the table?
No. The table uses its two-capsule label serving. Four capsules doubles the listed Mind Lab Pro amounts and reduces the number of days per bottle.
How we assessed these products
This is a formula and research comparison, not a personal-use test. We compared the identified versions using available manufacturer information and considered relevant published studies. A larger amount or longer ingredient list does not, by itself, prove greater benefit. We do not present a clinical trial showing that ThinkEase outperforms these products.
